CBSE NEET Results Date 2017

NEET Answer key 2017 was already released this month and the question challenge was accepted until June 16 2017. Central Board of Secondary Education officially announced that CBSE NEET Results 2017 will be declared on or before 26th June 2017. Students who have given the NEET exam 2017 are requested to wait for few more days to check their results.

As mentioned above, NEET results 2017 are going to be released on or before 26th June 2017 by Central Board of Secondary Education on their official website cbseneet.nic.in. NEET 2017 was conducted by CBSE on 7th May 2017. A total of 11,38,890 candidates registered for NEET, which also includes 480 OCIs, 1522 NRIs, 613 Foreigners and 70 PIOs. The exam was conducted  at 1921 exam centres in 103 exam cities in total 10 languages. Supreme Court made it official that CBSE NEET Results will be declared before 26th June 2017. Candidates who are waiting for NEET 2017 Results are requested to bookmark and visit this page often as the results can also be declared before 26th June. Steps To Check NEET 2017 Results

  1. Click on the Direct link provided above
  2. You will be redirected to NEET official results Page.
  3. On the official website, Enter your Roll Number and Date of Birth in the provided space.
  4. Click on Submit after entering your Roll Number and DOB.
  5. NEET Results 2017 will be displayed on the page which shows your score and rank.
  6. Make 2-3 photocopies of your results.


NEET 2017 Qualifying Percentile

The qualifying marks for NEET 2017 varies according to the category. Candidates must score minimum cutoff marks in order to be qualified for NEET 2017. Check the Table below.

General/Unreserved  :  50 Percentile

SC/ST/OBC : 40  Percentile

hysically Handicapped  :  45Percentile.


NEET 2017 Cutofff Marks

NEET 2017 cutoff marks will be released after the declaration of results. Candidates who score more than the minimum cutoff marks for their category will be qualified for NEET 2017. An overall cutoff and 15% All India Quota cutoff will be published. NEET Result 2017 Tie-Breaking

There are cases where marks secured by two or more candidates are equal. In such cases, the following measures are adopted to conclude the final rank.
  • The candidate who scores higher marks in Biology will be given preference.
  • After this, the candidate possessing better marks in Chemistry will be given better rank.
  • If the above two measures do not break the tie, the candidate with less number of attempted wrong questions in all the subjects of NEET 2017 will be considered.
  • If the tie still remains even after taking all the measure above, the candidate older in age will be preferred.
